Since 1881, T.E. Ibberson Company has been setting the standard for designing and building of innovative, cost-effective facilities that solve specific problems for the food and beverage industry.
Our method is simple. We begin by identifying and understanding the specific needs of each client. Then we design and construct efficient processing plants that address those specific needs and challenges.
We engineer, source process equipment, and construct for a worldwide market of food plant owners and operators.
T.E. Ibberson Company (TEI) was awarded the contract for a premium new dog and cat food facility that was a highly confidential project at the time it was conceived and built. The extruded, dry petfood process was designed jointly by
Nutro and Ibberson. The facility itself was designed and constructed by Ibberson.
T.E. Ibberson Company (TEI) was awarded the contract to design and build of the new poultry feed mill. This was one of three facilities being constructed on a site that included a high-speed rail unloading facility capable of unloading 110 car unit grain trains in approximately 12 hours.
T. E. Ibberson Company (TEI) was awarded the contract to design and build a new 5,000 CWT per day soft wheat flour mill. The new mill was built next to the existing grain elevator. The project was constructed in partnership with Buhler, but was contracted separately with Mennel.
T.E. Ibberson Company (TEI) was awarded the contract to provide design and construction services for the West Coast Expansion Project. This 382,200 square-foot premium petfood manufacturing facility will replace an aging Nutro Products, Inc. plant in the City of Industry, California.
T.E. Ibberson Company (TEI) was awarded the contract for the design, engineering and construction of the Auburn University’s new Poultry and Animal Nutrition Center, a state-of-the-art academic and research feed production facility located on Auburn’s north campus, 7 miles from the main campus.
T.E. Ibberson Company (TEI) was awarded the contract to provided construction management and engineering services for the Malt House #5 project. This project is the first vertical tower in North America with both germination and kilning capabilities. It is unique because all processes are in one building rather than having them separated into multiple buildings. It is also one of the first round malt house facilities in the country. The facility uses 300 tons of barley each day to produce malt for the brewing industry.
