Grain Export Elevator
Longview, Wash.
Ibberson was contracted for the design/build contract for a state-of-the-art feed, grain, wheat and grain by products export grain terminal.
International Grain Science Flour Mill
Manhattan, Kan.
Ibberson was contacted by Buhler, Inc. of Minneapolis to construct a slipformed flour mill for Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. This state-of-the-art flour mill would be used for training milling students around the world. Through past successful projects with Buhler, we became the primary contractor for this project. Buhler, Inc. is a milling equipment supplier and process designer based in Switzerland with an office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Oilseed Facility
Carrington, N.D.
AgGrow Oils contracted T.E. Ibberson Company (Ibberson) to provide complete turnkey work for their multiple oilseed facility in Carrington, North Dakota. The facility is unique because it is the first plant designed to process crambe, but the size and capacity (200 tons per day) allow the plant to process multiple products including oil and meal from crambe, sunflower, safflower, canola and rapeseed.
Sugar Refinery
Gramercy, La.
Ibberson provided civil and structural work for the process, screener building, bulk loadout, and dryer buildings, as well as installing mechanical equipment for this sugar refinery.
Grain Storage and Handling
Hughson, Calif.
Ibberson was awarded the contract for the designed and build of the high-speed rail unloading facility.
Soft Wheat Flour Mill
Bucyrus, Ohio
Ibberson was awarded the contract to design and build a new 5,000 CWT per day soft wheat flour mill. The new mill was built next to the existing grain elevator. The project was constructed in partnership with Buhler, but was contracted separately with Mennel.
Dryer Installation
Destrehan, La.
Ibberson was awarded the contract for design-build services on the installation of a new soybean process dryer and transfer equipment.
Receiving and Shipping Terminal
Destrehan, La.
Ibberson was awarded the contract to perform engineering and construction services to rebuild the export terminal that was damaged by a grain dust explosion.
Kenosha Flour Mill
Kenosha, Wis.
NMD Ventures, a joint venture between Ibberson and TIC - The Industrial Company Wyoming, Inc., was formed to construct the flour mill portion of this project.
Sunflower Extraction Plant
Riverside, N.D.
Ibberson was selected by Cargill, Inc. as engineers and construction managers for this 1,200 ton-per-day vegetable oil extraction plant.
