Ibberson was awarded the contract to provide design and construction services for this six-story, 73,500-square-foot flour mill using slipform concrete construction technology.
The mill is highly automated, processing both soft and hard wheat. It is also capable of producing whole wheat flour.
The facility is currently set up as a swing mill with the capability to produce 10,000 cwts of flour per day (600 tons per day of wheat). The grain storage capacity is 785,000 bushels.
